Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This browser extension ("Extension") is provided by Pillar Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what limited information is processed, how it is used, and how it is protected. We are committed to privacy, transparency, and compliance with Microsoft Edge Add-ons policies.

2. Information We Collect

The Extension is designed to collect only the minimum data required to generate automated messages.

The Extension may send the following information to our server only when you initiate a generation request:

• First name of the lead
• Relevant conversation context or activity log (text only)
• Your prompt or selected template
• Your Google account email address — The Extension uses the Chrome identity.email permission to read the email address of your signed-in Google account. This email is sent to our backend server solely to verify your active subscription before processing a request.

The Extension does NOT collect or send:

• Last names
• Phone numbers
• Account credentials
• Financial information
• Addresses
• Cookies
• Browser history
• Any other personally identifiable information (PII)

We do not collect any data passively or in the background.

3. How We Use Information

The data you send is used for two purposes:

1. Subscription verification — Your email address is checked against our subscriber list to confirm access.
2. Message generation — The limited text (first name + chat context) is forwarded to the AI provider to generate the requested message.

Processing happens in three steps:

1. Extension sends your email and the limited text to our secure server.
2. Our server verifies your subscription, then forwards the text to the AI provider (e.g., OpenAI) for generation.
3. The generated message is returned directly to your browser.

We do not store, log, analyze, or reuse this data for any other purpose.

4. Data Storage & Retention

We do not permanently store user data.
We do not build datasets.
We do not create user profiles.

Data is held in memory only long enough to complete the request, then automatically discarded.

No lead information, chat history, or generated content is saved on our servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share data with third parties.

The only external service involved is the AI provider that generates your requested content. They process text solely for this single request and do not use it to train their models unless you explicitly opt in with them.

6. Permissions

The Extension may request limited domain permissions so it can:

• Detect whether you are on an Entrata or Funnel page
• Read on-page text necessary for the message generation
• Insert the generated message back into the platform
• Read your signed-in Google account email for subscription verification

No other sites are accessed.

7. Security

We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit.
Because we do not store data, long-term risk is minimized.
