Installation & Setup

1 Use Microsoft Edge or Chrome
Pillar Messenger works on both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Make sure you're using one of these browsers before proceeding.
2 Install the Extension
Visit the Pillar Messenger extension page and click the "Add extension" button to install it to your browser.
3 Pin the Extension
Open the Edge extensions menu (click the puzzle icon in the toolbar) and pin Pillar Messenger for easy access.

4 Set Up Split Screen
Open two browser windows side by side: one with Entrata Leads and one with your Funnel Dashboard. This split-screen setup allows you to manage your workflow efficiently.
5 Launch Pillar on Entrata
Click the Pillar Messenger icon on the Entrata Leads page to activate the extension.
6 Read Terms of Use
Review and accept the Terms of Use when prompted. This ensures you understand your responsibilities when using automated messaging.
7 Configure Your Workflow
  • Filter and sort your leads as needed
  • Fill in your agent name
  • Add one or more message templates
  • Press the "Run" button to start processing
8 Start the Funnel Listener
On the Funnel Dashboard side, press the "Start" button. The extension will now listen for incoming messages from the Entrata side.
9 Review and Send Messages
As messages appear on the Funnel side, review each one carefully. When you're satisfied, click the "Send and Advance" button to send the message and move to the next one.
10 Manage Your Session
  • Stop the Entrata side whenever you'd like to pause processing
  • The queue automatically clears after 30 minutes of inactivity
  • Press "New Session" to immediately delete all queued messages and start fresh
